Most powerful and is
produced by passing current across a gap between two carbon
rods which burn out the arc with great
intensity of light. Brute draw up to 225 amps ,
so while the light out-put is suited to flooding large areas and available low
voltage DC power supply. High intensity arc light produces a bluish [blue light]light of about 5500 K
not too dissimilar from daylight and the
two can therefore be mixed. Its character to colour
temperature is similar to daylight but
more intense.
