Most rushes these days are
printed on additive printing machine with the three primary
colours controlled individually. A scene
has three printing lights, usually in the order-
red-green-blue. The centre light on printer on the scale
are 25-25-25 but there are inevitable variations across the scale even on a
correctly exposed negative due to variations
inherent in the film stock.
