Stunt men’s
falls and leaps are usually on to `box rigs’ or
on air bags, which incorporates release vents sealed with a velco tape is used. This system absorbs the energy of
a falling body and not only cushions the fall but ensures that the stunt man does
not bounce back into the shot. This air pads may
be 6 ft high and more than 20 ft in width for which space must be allowed when
the sets are designed.
