Blowing down an over lighting region( air brush, aerosol spray, or brushing with black or grey paint) can produce a graying or dirtied down result if over done. If surface is too bright for the camera, it produces a bloom effect. Blowing down result if overdone. If surface is too bright for the camera, it produces a bloom effect. Blowing is to reduce this referred.
