BLOCKING OUT REHEARSAL

(stopping run through rehearsal also). The first camera rehearsal. For some production directors
this rehearsal is conducted from the studio floor, watching mobile picture monitors. Each scene is `blocked and
run’ in turn, first going through the action slowly, and correcting the
accuracies as they arise, then a run-through confirming co-ordination and timing.
